Shipping Policy

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS,DHL. In the case of returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We gladly accept eligible returns for a STORE CREDIT. No credit card refunds will be issued. No exchanges are offered at this time. You are welcome to return an item(s) within 14 days of receipt. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 16604, Philadelphia, PA 19139. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item  except if your return is due to manufacture defect.

Returns
Our return policy is 14 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange after this period. To be eligible for returns items must be in their original packaging, with all tags on and not worn. Every item shipped is inspected by a staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned.

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned

  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kajacouture.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 16604, Philadelphia, PA 19139.

This policy applies to all garments offered by Kaja Couture unless otherwise noted.
