Kaja Couture Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Can I place an order by Phone?
No. We currently do not except orders by phone from our online store. However, if you particpated in a Kaja Home Show, you can contact your Fashion Consultant to place your order directly with her/him.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at Kaja Couture Boutique is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. How my order is shipped?
We respect your privacy. Your order is shipped discreet in USPS/UPS/Fedex boxes, envelopes, or just in plain brown boxes.
Is gift wrapping available?
Gift wrapping is available upon request at checkout ($12). Includes our Signature Black Gift Box with Logo Embossed in Pink , Tissue Paper, Signature Gift Seal, and Gift Card.
What does "Made to Order and Bespoke" mean?
Items "Made to Order" are produced or prepared specifically when someone requests the item, so that the item can be customized as desired by the person who requested it. "Bespoke" are custom made items according to the specifications and exact measurements of an individual. Please see our return policy on Custom Orders.
Do you offer assistance with purchasing for my significant other?
Sure we can. We have Fashion Consultants to assist with shopping for your significant other. Please send a request from our contact page and we will respond within 12 hours.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Free Shipping - We often have shipping promotions that is based on total purchase price. Discounts are applied at time of checkout.
Domestic Shipping - Calculated rates from USPS.
International Shipping - Currently we do not ship internationally. Available July 2019.
What's your Return Policy?
We hope that you love and treasure every purchase from Kaja Couture Boutique. But, if you wish to return an item for any reason, please do so within 14 days of the delivery date.
All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Hosiery cannot be returned once opened. Custom orders cannot be returned. Sensual accessories are non-refundable due to the nature of the products. We will not accept anything that has been worn, damaged, missing tags, or returned after 14 days.
If items are not returned under these conditions, they will be promptly sent back to the purchaser’s address. Please try on bottoms over your own panties.
We gladly accept eligible returns for EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT. No credit card refunds will be issued.

2. Once your return is approved, we will email you a form to fill out.
3. Package item(s) with form and ship to our address provided in the email. Package must be postmarked within the 14-day period.
4. We currently do not offer free return shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within one to four business days and ship via UPS at your selected shipping speed. You’ll receive your package within 5-7 business days after processing.
All Made to Order and Bespoke items are typically processed within 1-2 weeks and ship via UPS at your selected shipping speed. You will receive your package within 5-7 business days after processing.
